1941 Rowing Victoria State Championships
In the absence of Championship Races, which have been abandoned for the duration of the War, arrangements were made for an Open Eight-oared race to be held, to be open to all classes of oarsmen.
Similarly, as the Victorian Rowing Association did not conduct any Sculling Championships during the year, the Victorian Amateur Sculling Association substituted the following events: - 2,000 Metres race on the Lower Yarra, and a two and a half miles Yarra Sculling Championship.
