Introduction
This history has been reproduced with the kind permission of the Murray Rowing Association.
The history was written in 1966 to commemorate the 100th running of their regatta. It was written by J H A Harris and M J Jasper who humbly state in their conclusion that they are the compilers and that they present this History of the Murray Rowing Association as a tribute to the Pioneers of Rowing in this District.
It is one of the more interesting rowing histories written in Australia.
