A prominent rower in the early history of the sport in Victoria. He rowed bow in the winning crew at the first event conducted by the newly formed Victorian Rowing Association on 25th November 1876, a scratch eights race.

Andrew Guerin developed and extended these histories to the current format in 2004 for publication in 2004 and then expanded the site.
