Michael O’Brien, Michael rowed successfully in the 1970’s with Yarra, coming to us from Xavier College, and finishing his time rowing at Hawthorn RC, although remaining a member of Yarra, Michael, who was a dentist in Geelong, was killed in a motor cycling accident on the Great Ocean Road. Motor cycling was his passion and his relaxation pastime. Our condolences to his family.

Andrew Guerin developed and extended these histories to the current format in 2004 for publication in 2004 and then expanded the site.
