W C Low

Albert Park Rowing Club (VIC)

Low was a senior rower at the successful Albert Park Rowing Club winning State Championships and the Grand at Australian Henley. He was also a state representative in 1906 Victorian eight. His death was reported in the 1938-39 annual report of his club.
