Peter L B Guy

Yarra Yarra Rowing Club (VIC)

Peter was a novice and veteran rower for Yarra Yarra Rowing Club who also served on the Club's administration.

He joined in the 1967/68 season and remained a member until 1978/79.

His Club administration service included:

Treasurer 1969/70
Committee 1971/72, 1976/77, 1977/78
Vice-Captain 1972/73
Captain 1973/74, 1978/79
Social secretary 1974/75, 1975/76

The Club recognised his good work by naming a coxless pair in his honour in 1980.

His nickname was "the Hat".
