Leichhardt Rowing Club (NSW) and Sydney Rowing Club (NSW)
Died: 24th December 1962.
George started rowing in 1909 with Leichhardt Rowing Club (NSW) and he became a Life Member of that Club. He later joined Sydney Rowing Club where he was a rowing associate member.
He was closely associated with the sport of rowing for over 50 years.

Andrew Guerin developed and extended these histories to the current format in 2004 for publication in 2004 and then expanded the site.
